Friday, December 5 - 6:50 p.m.

Mom had a pretty good, but long, day yesterday.  We spent most of the day at Brackenridge, pretty surreal, getting the HALO removed and having a CAT scan, MRI and X-Rays.  She has to wear an aspen collar for a while because two of her C-spin fractures have not completely healed.  She is very relieved to have the HALO off, but I’m sure the collar will start to bother her since it’s pretty tight and rigid.
