Wednesday, December 10 - 1:30 p.m.
The HALO has been off for over 5 days and mom is doing great. She took a nasty spill in the bathroom on Sunday night and had to have 8 stitches above her left eye. She’s in really good spirits and likes participating in her therapies. Today she looked at old pictures and worked on memory exercises with her speech therapist.
The boys came to visit yesterday evening and we ordered pizza. We were all (mom and her 5 kids) sitting in the dinning hall and mom was telling every person that walked by “This is my crew and they came to see me today”. She loves bragging to people about how special her kids are and she was so excited to see them yesterday. We had a great time.
